 How it all started...

Five years ago, two high school students met at Teera's bedroom and composed their first song Albatross. Since then we have been wandering around the Czech independent music scene. In 2016 we released our debut album Albatross and three years ago EP Mirorrs. Much has changed since then... We played dozens of concerts in the Czech Republic and abroad and have experienced a lot thanks to this project. We have also written so many songs that we needed to record a new album. This time we wanted to approach the album a bit differently, so we decided to work with British producer Tom O. Marsh, who became our mentor and a friend.

Colaboration with Tom was a tremendous experience for us and led to the creation of something we've never dreamed of. In the Vienesse Aurora Studios we recorded 11 songs, all inspired by the personal experiences and stories we have collected during our travels and while living in India and the Basque Country.

The new album Where the Ocean Breaks is about hope, reconciliation, love and changes. As well as the inequalities in our society, and connection with nature as it reflects a whole range of themes that have shaped us over the past few years. The album is also released under the Berlin label Springstoff, with which we started working earlier this year.

What is our goal?

In addition to paying off the cost of the actual creation of the album, studio and much more, we currently lack funding primarily for the creation of CDs and vinyls, promoting the album and making several music videos. Therefore, we kindly ask you, our fans and those who do not know our band yet, for a contribution thanks to which you will become to be a part of our new record and help us finish everything so that we can give you the best experience possible.

 Why do we need your help? 

We love music and we want to do it as best we can. However, everything has its price and as two "poor students" we need your help now. With this album we took the risk and decided to give you as much of ourselves as possible, no matter how much it costs. That's why we created this project on HitHit, because we believe that there will be someone among you who will want to help us to fulfill our dream.Thank you so much, we cannot wait to share with you Where the Ocean Breaks as we have spent over a year and a half making this record.
