We were able to cover most of the expenses ourselves or from the public funds. Now, we are missing last amount of money and thus we would like ask all fans of a music and art to support us. We would like to collect funds for financing of mastering, postproduction, production of the album and its release with the collaboration of label Et'cetera.
Song of Songs will be our first album on which have collaborated only the man part of our ensemble and which was recorded in the hearth of Burgundy.
We are Czech vocal ensemble and we focus on the presentation of vocal polyphony from the late medieval, Renaissance and early Baroque period. We are regularly invited to take part in the prestigious Czech as well as European events and our performances receive enthusiastic feedback from the audience. Critics usually appreciate the expressivity of our performance and gentle approach to the work with the text. The members of the ensemble are internationally renowned artists who regularly collaborate also with ensemble Collegium Marianum and are frequent guests at some of the foremost European and world music scenes.
