Is unpacked foodstuff really cheaper?

Unpacked food is cheaper for a number of reasons. One of them is that you do not buy the product with packaging that consists of production costs for advertising, design and production of the packaging itself, but only a clean product. Another reason for the lower price is the fact that we are trying to buy from verified suppliers, ideal producers in the big containers where we can get the lowest possible price.

Do you want to sell exclusively local foodstuff?

Yes. Our resolution is to offer exclusively top quality foodstuff (certified) that measure the shortest route to our shop. Of course, not all of them can grow in our local conditions, so we can also accept the purchase of foodstuff from the surrounding European countries, which can deliver us the food of the required quality in large quantities with the most environmentally friendly form of transport.

Why ORGANIC Quality?

Because it is very important for us to know what the foodstuff we offer is in the highest possible quality. We also make sure that the foodstuff contain only what they have and that they are without unnatural / artificial preservatives, dyes, sprays and fertilizers ... That is why we maintain personal contact with growers and suppliers who live the idea of a healthier planet and take care of it to ensure that their product is of the highest quality and as pure as possible.

For what do you need 77,000 euros? (1)

To be able to realize our vision, we would need about twice as much. But we will try to go into a minimalist way with a startup package of 77,000 EUR. As we know well, everything is cost something, and after creating a business plan and budget for the start of the project, this amount has been summed up, which is really minimal. We need to pay rents with a minimum of three months deposit plus have some money deferred for another 3-month rental. We need to equip our room so that it is suitable for a retail store and a mini bistro, meeting legislative and hygienic requirements. This involves purchasing, ordering, or making equipment - equipment. Next, we need to buy the foodstuff we want to sell and the bulk containers in which we want to store the stuff. We also need some dishes such as a blender, dehydrator, juicer, food processor, etc.

For what do you need 77,000 euros? (2) continue ...

It is a necessary to postpone a smaller financial cut-off until the shop and bistro begin to visit enough customers to cover the costs of its operation. It does not seem like that, but it is quite enough to initially put the money to make the deal fully possible. You can definitely handle your help and your taste to support a good thing. We believe that we will work together to create a unique place not only for shopping, but also for personal meetings and the opportunity to profit from supporting other necessary projects or activities to improve our common life.

What type of food or what kitchen you planning to offer in a mini bistro?

We specialize and live on a varied vegan, gluten-free kitchen full of fresh ingredients in organic quality, we plan to operate only full-fledged VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE and FRESH & RAW kitchen in our mini bistro.

Can I be part of the project as an investor / co-owner?

Yes, this option is definitely here. Of course, we welcome a sense-investor / co-owner for this type and business area, having in mind the principles of fair trade, organic food quality, ecological thinking and vegan philosophy - that means we only want to produce, offer and sell vegan products. What will be with my money when the project can not collect enough money?

No worries, the money you donated will be returned in full back to your account.
