SHAPEN – Let's start production of a new barefoot collection

We are SHAPEN a manufacturer of elegant barefoot shoes. Today we turn to the barefoot community, our loyal and new customers. With your help, we will start the production of a collection of shoes on new outsoles - from sneakers to elegant high boots.

What toe allowance shall I choose?

We recommended 8 - 12 mm space in front of the toes, however, it is largely subjective. If you just started wearing barefoot shoes you will probably need a smaller toe allowance. Experienced barefoot shoe wearers find 1 cm toe allowance comfortable, some find comfortable even larger space.

 

I need help choosing the right size.

We are happy to help you. You can email us at info@shapenbarefoot.com. Do not forget to send us your feet measurements or photo of your foot measurements.

Do you ship to my country?

Now, we are shipping to 52 countries all over the world. You will find a list of countries where we ship our items on www.shapenbarefoot.com in section Help - Shipping. If your country is not listed, please email us at  info@shapenbarefoot.com. We will be happy to add your country. 

Can I return, exchange or make a complaint for the item?

Yes, of course. You may return the item within 30 days of receiving it without giving any reason. The item must be: unused, undamaged, tried only on a clean floor or carpet (not in exterior), accompanied by a return form, proof of purchase, returned in the original packaging,

Exchange of items from Hithit campaign is possible. When we receive an item from you, we will send you an email with a new unique code so you can order a new pair in our e-shop. 

We believe that our new shoes will last you a long time. However make a complaint about faulty goods as soon as you find out that the item is defective.

When you start producing shoes from this campaign?

Everything that is necessary is ready. Now there is only one last step to take. With your support, we can launch the production of our first collection of barefoot shoes with new outsoles. We will start the production immediately after reaching the goal so you can have your shoes as soon as possible :).

 

How do I choose my reward?

After the end of the Hithit campaign, we will send you an email with a unique code. You will visit our e-shop, where you will be able to take a good look at your shoes in detail. You choose the size, color, put them in the basket and copy the code that came to you by e-mail into the Discount code field. The price of the shoes is automatically adjusted to 0 EUR. You will only pay the costs of its transportation. 

Are the final products in the pictures and videos?

Pre-production samples are captured in the photos and videos. The final shoes may show minor changes for the better, but you won't even notice them at first glance.
