Do I have to choose certain type of bracelet when I put my contribution.
No, you don´t. If you are not sure, which one do you want, just let it be. We will contact you at the end of the fundraising anyway. And afterwards we can choose the right one for you together.
When do I get my bracelet?
You can see the estimated delivery time at the end of description of every item. Most of the bracelets will be distributed within 3 months after the campaign ends. Stainless steel types should be delivered within couple of weeks after the campaign ends.
I tried to pay by my credit card, but the payment didn´t go through.
Your credit card issuer may hold the payment as it goes to foreign country. In that case they should call you and ask you to authorise that payment.
Can I pay by PayPal?
Yes, if you want to pay by PayPal, please send me an email to tomas@sapovalov.cz and I will give you instructions.
